Tablet Ignites Debate on Messiah and Resurrection

NY Times:

A three-foot-tall tablet with 87 lines of Hebrew that scholars believe dates from the decades just before the birth of Jesus is causing a quiet stir in biblical and archaeological circles, especially because it may speak of a messiah who will rise from the dead after three days.

I see absolutely no issue. This simply confirms that the Jews knew the prophecies of the coming Messiah which of course they should have known about and no doubt discussed and debated frequently. Jesus death and resurrection after three days was prophesied and foreshadowed over and over again in the OT.
